Why won't my streaming video play?
If the Surviving Infancy streaming video does not play on your computer or tablet, confirm the following:
- You have a high speed internet connection (DSL speed or higher).
- You have a modern web browser. If the video does not work with your current web browser, we recommend trying Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- If you are on a tablet or smartphone, confirm you are on either a 3G, 4G, or WiFi connection. Be aware that standard cell phone data charges apply when not using WiFi. Poor cell reception will result in degraded or no playback.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
You can request a new password to be emailed to you. Enter the email address associated with the account and an email with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to you.
How do I change my password?
If you would like to change your password, sign in to your account and click on "My Account". Then click "Change Password". Follow the directions on the page and your password will be updated.
